WEll, as most of you read this I will be on my way back home from halfway across the US - traveling to meet my daughter and son in law to pick her up to spend a week with us. I still hate road trips but it does seem to be a way of life for me - like it or not!
The card for today is again a little different for me - I decided to use one of the Stampin UP! stencils today and I've used retired Brides paper but there is something very similar to this in the summer mini - which ofcourse is only available for a few more days.
The first thing is the ribbon - I never put this large ribbon on a card - rarely put any ribbon for that matter, but not the big stuff - but I wanted a card that was easily duplicated - so obviously the ribbon worked just fine on that and I didn't want a lot of other busy stuff on the card to take away from the stenciled images. The stencil is called Elegant Trio and is available for $9.95 - there are three images in this set - easy to do - I simply used a sponge and ink pad to fill in the colors that I wanted.
